The Story Teller
Storytelling is a way in which individuals can relate to one another as they often find common threads which connects them to to the fictional or non-fictional characters and events in a storyline. To speak or write stories is a gift which I admire and value in all communities. Storytellers teaches us the art of listening, where we listen with our hearts, the core of our emotions.
My Story Telling Journey
This month I will embark on the first of two writing courses which will further awake the storyteller in me. A different form of creativity will be challenged as I explore different dialogues and narratives. The threads which make up the tapestry of my life may be unraveled, imaginative characters may be created or I might discover that I prefer to listen to other peoples stories and work in collaboration with others as a way to share storytelling.
